Choose your Secret Mountain Picnic occasion. Select your date and backup dates (2). Pay your non-refundable 50% deposit.

Once we receive your online reservation, we will email you a questionnaire to fill out to make sure we add the special touches to your picnic. We will customize your Secret Mountain Picnic for your birthday brunch, engagement, first date, business meeting, gender reveal party, or other intimate touches based on your requests.

On the day of your picnic, Secret Mountain Picnic hosts will handle everything for setup and cleanup. Your job is to show up on time, have fun, and make an unforgettable experience. If you need anything during your picnic, we will be close-by (and provide you with a walkie-talkie since there is very little cellular service). We want to help make this an event to remember!
