Yes! We can host up to 16 people for your intimate wedding or reception. For parties larger than 16, please add your name to our waitlist.
Choose your Secret Mountain Picnic occasion. Select your date and backup dates (2). Pay your non-refundable $100 deposit.
Once we receive your online reservation, we will email you a questionnaire to fill out to make sure we add the special touches to your picnic. We will customize your Secret Mountain Picnic for your birthday brunch, engagement, first date, business meeting, gender reveal party, or other intimate touches based on your requests.
On the day of your picnic, Secret Mountain Picnic hosts will handle everything for setup and cleanup.
You can book online via the online reservation system located here. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve requested date. Shortly after your deposit is received you’ll be sent an intake form. Balance due must be paid in full 7 days before reservation date or reservation may be subject to cancellation.

We understand things may come up that are beyond our control. Please notify the Secret Mountain Picnic staff if leaving before the expected departure time indicated on your reservation. Unfortunately, you won’t be refunded for any forfeited picnic time.
During our booking process, we ask for two backup picnic dates for weather related issues. Refunds will not be given for cancellations.

Book a picnic for a prom proposal, a special date, an engagement, anniversary, a girls high tea, and any other occasion you’d like!
We respectfully ask that you keep your alcohol intake to a point in which you can drive home, as Uber and Lyft are not readily available at our location. If you plan on arriving in a limo or with a separate driver, please let us know.
We’re unable to accommodate extra guests with less than 72 hours notice.
